All lifesaving appliances and arrangements shall comply with the applicable requirements of the code. Food rations as described in paragraph 4.1.5.1.18 totaling not less than 10,000 KJ for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate. Vessel requires 50 total rations, 25 per lifeboat. 14 total food rations have a broken vacuum seal, 05 on the port lifeboat and 09 on the starboard lifeboat.
