The condition of the ship and it's equipment shall be maintained with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to ship or persons onboard. Vessels O2 sensors for fixed gas sampling in void/ballast tanks which operates in conjunction with fixed hydrocarbon testing is inoperable. Vessel issued Condition of Authority from DNV-GL in coordination with MARSHALL ISLANDS Flag allowing for operation.

0615-Rescue Boat-Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. Rescue boat engine would not engage propeller in forward and aft directions. Crew freed seized propeller that would not spin in neutral position. SOLAS 74 (2014) III/20.2
