Vessel issued Condition of Authority from DNV-GL in coordination with MARSHALL ISLANDS Flag allowing for operation.

Resolution: Received class survey from GL attesting to tests and function of the valve. The surevyor attended and inspected the cooling valve in question. It was tested and found to be operating satisfactorily.

Resolution: The vsl submitted documentation from their class society (GL) attesting that the turbo charger was rebuilt, and inspected and found to be satisfactory. The engine was started on air only and the turbocharger revolution was noted on the tachometer.
