The garbage record book whether as a part of the ships official log book or otherwise, shall be in the form specified in the appendix to this Annex; the entry for each incineration shall include date and time, position of the ship, description of the garbage and estimated amount incinerated. Vessel has been incorrectly logging incineration of garbage by not using proper description of the category of garbage. For every incineration of garbage only a category “E” was used.
