Boundaries of superstructures and deckhouses normally manned, cargo compressor rooms, cargo pump rooms, store-rooms and cargo control rooms all facing the cargo area. Multiple zones and nozzles for the deck water spray were not working or covering cargo area. superstructure and compressor room were the areas of concerned.

Resolution: Corrective action was taken by cleaning the nozzle and clearing debris. Spray test was conducted IAW pre-arrival checklist and class survey report. See documents.

Resolution: An IHM (Inventory of Hazardous Materials) survey was conducted by Class and all electrical concerns have been rectififed with staisfaction. See documents for results.
