PSCO discovered excessive oil in drip pan on top of cylinder heads and oil soaked lagging around main engine. 74SOLAS2001/11-2/15.2

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted LR class report stating the deficiency was rectified. Gaskets and O-rings were replaced and lagging was cleaned/replaced as needed.

The deff will be written to 49 CFR 176.13(c) and the requirements will be the same. Vessel must provide proof of training to the Coast guard prior to carrying dangerous goods in US waters.
