The engine head, block, and exhaust manifold must be water-jacketed and cooled by water from a pump that operates whenever the engine is operating. Marine Inspectors identified two cooling water lines actively leaking and cooling piping with multiple temp repairs made to the system. Vessel is to effect temp repairs for the active leaking and preform permanent repairs prior to credit dry dock.
