The IGS shall be desined, constructed and tested in accordance with the fire safety systems code and capable of delivering an oxygen content of not more than 5% by volume to the cargo tanks at any rate of flow. The crew could not demonstrate calibration of the fixed oxygen content analyser. Attending MI educated crew on the proper calibration method per the vls approved procedures manual.
