DURING INSPECTION, TWO HOSE NOZZLES WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERABLE WITH NO SPARES ONBOARD. EVIDENCE OF LACK OF MAINTENANCE WAS FOUND ON OTHER NOZZLES AS WELL. 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/ Reg. 14.2.2.1
