The vessel was involved in a marine casualty on 20MAR25 whereby its propulsion equipment and/or structural integrity may have been compromised. The vessel shall not carry passengers until a damage assessment and any required repairs are complete to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector. Once the vessel is safely docked, permission from the OCMI must be granted prior to the vessel moving. 46 CFR 176.100(b) - 701 - C
