A total of 10 adult life jackets and one child size life jacket were found to be degraded causing weakness and tears in the fabric. Operator was able to provide 3 additional new adult life jackets and one new child life jacket. Vessel currently has a total of 8 serviceable adult life jackets and 2 serviceable child life jackets on board.
Total passenger count is lowered to 8 passengers.

Waterlight was not on the vessel during inspection and vessel representative could not locate it.
