Inspection team discovered 5 gallon bucket half full of cargo underneath cargo pump #2 in the pumproom. Chief Mate and Captain explained that the pump seal was leaking since operations began here in Boston. Inspection team instructed vessel to complete cargo ops without cargo pump #2. Seal needs to be replaced before use again in future cargo operation.
