Fire Fighting › Structural - A Class Divisions › Fire Doors
Issued 15 August 2017 Resolved
The fire resistance of doors shall be equivalent to that of the division in which they are fitted, this being determined in accordance with the fire test procedures code. Two class A doors have been modified with security locks to meet security standards. Additionally vessel has multiple penetrations drilled into class A and B bulkheads and doors. Penetrations used for holdback hardware and hasps.

The administration shall ensure that the system fully complies with the requirments of regualtion 33, to attest the affectivness of the crude oil washing system onboard. Vessel has conducted crude oil washing in accordance with regulations, however IOPP (form B) supplement 5.4.2 states the effectiveness of the crude oil washing has not been confirmed.
