PSCO observed 03 lights in cargo pump room with exposed wiring at stuffing tubes. Additionally, PSCO observed exposed wires and improperly installed junction boxes on pressure vacuum valve heating system. Specifically on cargo tanks 1 and 2 stbd and 1 and 2 port.
