Masthead light shows an unbroken lights over an arc of the horizon of 225 degrees. MI observed the installed light was a stern light instead of a masthead light and had the improper arc of visibility. Replace with the appropriate light and ensure proper arc of visibility.
Vessel is limited to daytime operation with at least 03 NM of visibility.
