Portable fire extinguisher's on board have not been serviced in over a year. Ensure fire extinguishers serviced by approved NFPA facility. Additionally, there is one portable fire extinguisher in the wheelhouse which cannot be removed in its current configuration. Ensure accessibility or move to different location.
