No electrical equipment shall be installed in any space where flammable mixtures are liable to collect, unless the Administration is satisfied that such equipment is appropriately certified for the safe usage in the vapours likely to be encountered. The following electrical connections on sensors and equipment in the cargo pump room found in poor or loose condition: No.1 COP bottom bearing temp sensor and mid-pump casing temp sensor. No.2 COP bottom pump casing temp sensor and bilge alarm at No.2 COP. No.3 COP bottom pump casing and bottom bearing temp sensors. Both ballast pump temperature sensors. Local gas audible/visual alarm electrical conduit connection.
*Deficiency required to be rectified prior to cargo operations.
