UNLESS THE ADMINISTATION IS SATISFIED IS OF A TYPE THAT WILL NOT IGNITE THE MIXTURE CONCERNED. WHILE EXAMINING PUMPS IN CARGO PUMP ROOM, PSCO NOTED TAT APPROXIMATELY 50% OF TEMPERATURE SENSORS HAD EXPOSED WIRING AT THE CONNECTION TERMINALS. CARGO NOT AUTHORIZED UNTIL DEFIECY IS CLEARED.
