The PSCO noted that the high and overfill alarms for cargo tnaks 1P and 9P were not operational. Vessel shall not load cargoes (NLS) that require such alarms on tanks 1P and 9P.

Each cargo tank ship must be equipped with an intrinsically safe high level alarm and tank overfill alarm. The PSCO noted that the high and overfill alarm for tanks 1P and 9P were inoperative. Vessel shall no load petroleum products/ cargoes in tanks #1P and 9P until both alarms are fully operational.
