PSCO observed fuel leaking on the #6 fuel oil injector suction valve leaking was coming from a non-approved repair was observed on the #1 fuel injector

Vsl experienced 3 loss of normal Electrical power. Vsl electrical power is currently being supplied by the emergency generator. C/E believed problem to be HFO sitting in fuel piping clogging with the system. Vsl is to provide a class report attesting the proper operation of all service gens to include fuel oil systme.
