Firefighting systems and appliances shall be kept in working order and readily available for immediate use. Fire hose and nozzle on port bridge wing were degraded; significant leaks present. Multiple hoses tested with leaks present. Replaced 03 hoses with spares on board. SOLAS 74 (20) II-2/14.2.1.2
