b. Bulkhead in void 2 forward of the fuel tanks with 02 holes due to incomplete weld.
Provide a temporary means to cover the penetrations until next dry dock in September 2025.

Vessel experienced fire in Port Engine Room. Pre-engineered fire extinguishing system deployed extinguishing the fire. Portable extinguishers were used after the pre-engineered system completed deploying to ensure fire was extinguished. Vessel may not operate until found satisfactory by the attending Marine Inspector.
