Emergency escape on the outside of the crew recreation area points into the crew recreation area instead of towards the emergency escape to the right.

Tender #20 experienced a loss of propulsion while tendering passengers to shore. Cause of loss of propulsion was determined to be three burned fuses on the starboard engine fuel pump. Vessel crew replaced fuses and was able to get the tender to operate as designed.

The capacity of the required two electrical generating sets shall be such that in the event of any one generating set being stopped it will still be possible to supply those services necessary to provide normal operational conditions of propulsion and safety. Minimum comfortable conditions of habitability shall also be ensured which include at least adequate services for cooking, heating, domestic refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, sanitary and fresh water. At approximately 1537 HST, on 15 October 2017, while anchored off Lahaina, Hawaii, the vessel suffered a complete blackout of electrical systems caused by the loss of both generator sets which were online at the time of the incident.
