The Machinery boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fitting shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for whic they are intended and shall be so installed and protected as to reduce to a minimum any danger to persons on board due regard being paid to moving paris, hot surfaces and other hazards. PSCO observed oil accumulation on main engine high pressure fuel lines, oil accumulation in the purifier flat under fuel oil heater, under purifiers and continuous leak being caught by a water bottle on the 3 generator fuel lines.
