SOLAS 74(a) 2020 Cons. VI/I-2 IMSBC 4.2.2.1 The carriage of solid bulk cargoes other than grain shall be incompliance with the relevant provisions of the IMSBC Code. Cargo information shall include the bulk cargo shipping name when the cargo is listed in the code. The bulk cargo shipping name is listed as calcined magnesite on the cargo information document. Provide the BCSN with the corresponding Statement of Compliance authorizing the cargo on the cargo information documentation.
