0725; The fixed foam on board is a protein base type. The ship can carry all types of cargo that are alcohol based as per their COF. The protein foam will not have any effect on alcohol type cargo. The foam needs to be changed for alcohol type cargoes, IBC 11.3 and 11.3.2.
