Machinery and electrical systems must be designed and maintained to provide for safe operation of the towing vessel and the safety of persons onboard under normal and emergency conditions. During normal vessel operation, the starboard generator went offline due to a presumed failed water pump. Upon arrival to landing at MM 661 of the LMR, prior to movement, diagnose cause of failure and affect permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the TPO. 46 CFR 143.205a

Vessel experienced an oil leak on their oil cooler serving the port gear box. Identify the cause and repair to the satisfaction of the TPO. Provide objective evidence to the CG.
