Recv'd fax from Master of vessel stating that the port windlass/winch motors electrical controls are not working at this time. Vsl would be unable to raise the port anchor, if that anchor were to be used. The port side mooring winch is also inoperable at this time. Repairs to be conducted in Savannah, GA to the satisfaction of the Class Society.
