DURING PUMP ROOM EXAM, PSCO IDENTIFIED EXPOSED WIRING ON LIGHT DIRECTLY ABOVE BOTTOM OF STAIRS. ADDITIONALLY, PSCO IDENTIFIED 3 LIGHTS, WHICH HAD LENSE COVERS IMPROPERLY SEATED PREVENTING PROPER SEAL.
