Inspections, by type
The 17 inspections in the strip above, split by the kind of activity the US
Coast Guard recorded. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not
years in service. What Maury does not do.
This record may be incomplete: the most recent inspection recorded for this vessel was 7 years ago. Maury shows what the Coast Guard recorded, not whether the vessel has been inspected since, is still in service, or what condition it is in. Coast Guard record current through 13 September 2026, retrieved 18 September 2026 from PSIX. Every field on this page was recorded by the Coast Guard. Records for the Bulk Carrier class in Maury's sources begin in 1981.

This hull's Official Number is not in the NVDC file dated 10 September 2026 as served by NOAA Fisheries, so no documentation record is shown. Absence from that file is a fact about the file, not about the hull.
Radio station licence
No FCC ship-station licence is recorded against this Official Number in the file of
6 September 2026. That is a fact about the licence file, not about the radio.

Mixed garbage was found in various parts of the vessel. Food waste located on the poop deck that was ready for disposal over board was mixed with cans, paper and plastic. The garbage plan does not address medical waste or battery disposal as required in section 3.3 and 3.4. In section 5.6 of the plan it references the use of the incinerator while in port. This statement needs to be removed.

Issued 20 January 2006
Resolved
First Fire Scenario: A fire was reported to be in the galley. During the drill two of the crewmembers walked into the space. Boundary cooling was non-existent and there was poor communication. Second Fire Scenario: Fire was reported to be in the carpenter shop. One person was injured and had to be carried in the stretcher. Communication was poor this was due to the mixed crew on board.
Personnel › Training › Familiarization Training
Issued 20 January 2006
Resolved
During the lifeboat drill we noticed that there was a communication problem between the C/O and the crew. The C/O sent for the 2/O so he could translate his instructions. However, we stopped that and had the C/O conducted the drill without the 2/O. Some of the crew understood the commands and lowered the Port Lifeboat without incident.
Ownership record
The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title,
with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National
Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
