0938-Hull Damage-After any survey of the ship under Article 14 has been completed, no change shall be made in the structure, equipment arrangement, material or scantlings, covered by survey without the sanction of the Administration. A sharp inset and fracture was noted during hull exam in the way of the number 6 port side ballast tank at the 9.4 meter mark. ILLC 2005 Cons Article 15
