PSCO noted water inlet line to boiler steam drum has a hold creating a steam leak which causes activation of a smoke detector. 74 SOLAS (04) I/11(a)

Resolution: Reviewed class survey report (NKK) and examined repairs on AUX boiler and found that the repairs meet satisfaction of U.S Coast Guard
