PSCO discovered a cement box around the sewage discharge pipe and a synthoglass patch on the greywater discharge pipe both located below the waterline on the starboard side in the engine room.

The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. PSCO discovered a jacket water leak on the #1 cylinder of the main engine. Engine cylinder has execessive leak when not at normal operating temperature.
