Provide a report from an electrician verifying the electrical system integrity to include addressing possible water intrusion into the electrical panel. Currently there is corrsion in the breaker panel, on the main ground wire for the panel and rust on several of the screws holding the breakers, indicating possible water intrusion. All electrical systems appear to be working properly.

Affect permanent repairs in accordance with an OCMI approved repair proposal to the starboard side shell to include repair of the one inch diameter fracture 9 inches from the deck edge located 65 foot from the bow. Additional insopection with in the voids is required to determine the extent of frame or bracket damage. The is a 25 by 2 foot area with multiple insets up to 4 inches in depth.
