PSCO's observed a cable penetration in the deck separating the CO2 room (control station) and the engine room (machinery space category A) that was not made tight to prevent the passage of flame and smoke in accordance with the minimum fire integrity of decks and cargo ships as prescribed in SOLAS Chapter II-2 table 9.6. 74 SOLAS (20) II-2/9.3.1 Code 10c
