While conducting the overpressure "stress" test IAW Sector Honolulu Work Instruction 07 the starboard aft baffle was found to have a leak which equalized the pressure between the two starboard inflatable compartments.

The installation and location must be to the satisfaction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection. The portable fire extinguisher mounting bracket has excessive wastage.
