PSCO observed irregular vibraation on the OWS pump when the valves are aligned to recirculate back to bilge tank. Provide documentation from certificate issuing authority prior to operation of OWS.

Within the camshaft the crew found that both the housing of the roller and the roller of no.2 cylinder fuel oil pump were broken. Vessel ordered all necessary spare parts and a specialist technician to perform repairs. Vessel has been directed to remain at port until a Class Surveyor provides a satisfactory written report attesting to repairs and proper operation of the main engine.
