0750-The condition of the ships and its equipment should be maintained...without danger..to ship or persons onboard. While examining the compressor room, 03 of the 04 PSCOs personal gas meters alarmed at 10% LEL. All 03 PSCO's were standing between the inboard and onboard starboard compressors.
