Guard rails or bulwarks shall be fitted around all exposed decks. Around bunker station, hands rails are a strong point for mooring due to lack of close prox bollards. Railing forward of bunker station to bend over and cause a potential hazard to crew. Class to attest to safety of crew/proper location of bollards used in bunkering operation. ICLL 55 (88p) I/25
