Signage must be posted clear and conspicuous notifying the crew of video and audio surveillance equipment. PAM installations for 3rd party contractors did not have cameras or signage in place for the passageways leading into the berthing spaces. 705 - Vessel will be allowed to continue operations until 09JULY2026 at which point berthing for all personnel onboard will be restricted to those areas that comply with 46 U.S.C 4901
