Vessels bilge alarm panel is located at the operating station; however, is currently covered by a permanent piece of matting. This not only diminishes the audible bilge alarm but completely covers the visual indicator light of high water levels. Ensure the bilge high level alarm at the operating station is not covered and the audible alarms not muffled in anyway.
