Vsl crew found additional fracture iwo upper right transom, where a stanchion welded to a plate installed to the transom was crushed causing the fracture. Vsl crew reported found item to the vsl company iaw SMS, report of non- comformity. Report recommend permanent repair by a qualified repair facility in Tacoma, WA, on 06OCT2007.
