Upon arrival to the Port of Boston, the pilot noted the S-Band Radar was not operating properly. Radar appeared to be too dim and the pilot was unable to read the screen adequately.

Resolution: Technician attended the vessel and tested radar was found operating properly. Technicians report has been scanned into the documents.

Resolution: Recieved Class report stating: #1Stbd COT and #4 Stbd overfill alarm sensors were replaced as original. Examined Overfill Alarm Sensors, tested all sensors for cargo tanks, slop tanks and residual oil tank and all considered ssatisfactory at this time.
