PSCO was notified that the vessel experienced a loss of propulsion during the departure voyage from the Port of Mobile. 74 SOLAS (04) II-1/26.3 CODE 17ac.

Resolution: Verified through class survey reports that main diesel engine loss of propulsion issue has been rectified. Original problem occurred because cylinders which caused fuel oil dilution and oil mist system detection to activate crew also changed lube oil.
