Special consideration shall be given to the design and location of scrubber and blowers with relevant piping and fitting in order to prevent flue gas leakages into enclosed spaces. PSCO found multiple dry rotting cracks on inert gas vibrations baffles.

Resolution: Vessel submitted satisfactory class report and photos attesting to IG blower bellows repair.

Resolution: Smoke detector heads were dusty and full of debris, numereous heads were tested and failed. Upon blowing the debris out with compressed air the system was able to work as designed.
