Hull structure shall comply with the applicable standards of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized class society. Vessel sustained damage to Starboard bow corner wrap consisting of a 4" sharp inset approximately 2' x 1'. Vessel to complete permanent repairs prior to any further cargo operations. Repairs must be to satisfaction of attending USCG Marine Inspector prior to any cargo operations.

Unable to see through number 1,2 and 3 sight glasses. Clean or replace prior to carrying cargoes that require closed gauging.
