A vessel's structure must be maintained to conform to the rules of a recognized classification society approved for the intended service and route. Vessel installed a 12" x 12" doubler in the stbd stern void bulkhead connecting to ballast tank as a temporary repair for a crack found in bulkhead. Within one year, perform permanent repairs to satisfaction of CG Marine Inspector.
