AS A RESULT THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE #6 MOORING STATION, PORT SIDEMOORING CONTROL STATION, AND THE PORT SIDE LADDER LEADING TO THE MOORING DECK. RECTIFY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM PORT TO THE SATISFACTION OF CLASS SOCIETY.
