Void No.2 (stbd): Grind and repair fractured welds located at FR 17 with cargo tank in-way-of side longitudinal #3 (from bottom). Void No.2 (port): At FR 16, remove bottom plating rust, clean, and gauge to measure thickness. If thickness measurements are below allowable tolerances, crop and renew as necessary.
