Onboard training, musters, and drills must be in accordance with 46 CFR subchapter W. Conduct man overboard, fire, and security drills to the satisfaction of the attending USCG MI.

A main transverse watertight bulkhead may not have non-watertight penetrations below the bulkhead deck unless the margin line is more than 9 inches below the bulkhead deck at the intersection of the margin line and the line formed by the intersection of the plane of the main transverse watertight bulkhead and the shell. Ventilation ducts penetrating MTWB 74 are non-watertight. Bolted steel plates to make the ventilation ducts watertight have been approved as a temporary repair. Install by 21Jan26.

Provide repair proposal, remove non-watertight penetrations (vent ducting), and make permanent repairs to make MTWB 74 watertight prior to next credit drydock 2028.

A survey, either general or partial, according to the circumstances, shall be made every time an accident occurs or a defect is discovered which affects the safety of the vessel. The survey shall be such as to insure that the necessary repairs or renewals have been effectively made, that the material and the workmanship of such repairs or renewals are in all respects satisfactory, and that the vessel complies in all respects with the regulations in this subchapter. Vessel reported steering system hydraulic filters leaking excessively. Affect repairs to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard Marine Inspector (CGMI) prior to carrying passengers or cargo.

Persons designated by the owner of the vessel shall conduct all tests and the Design Verification and Periodic Safety tests shall be witnessed by the Coast Guard. Complete testing of Steamship Authority Dwg. No. 200-210-2460656.50000 “Propulsion Design Verification Test Procedures,” to the satisfaction of the attending USCG MI and obtain final approval from MSC by 16Aug25.

All automatically or remotely controlled or monitored vital systems addressed by 46 CFR part 62 must be subjected to tests and inspections to evaluate the operation and reliability of controls, alarms, safety features, and interlocks. Demonstrate proper operation of the ships service air relief valve. Relief valve pops during starting of the strern thruster engine.

Qualitive failure analysis test results steps 3.7, 3.20, 3.21, 3.24, 3.25 could not be performed as per approved proceures. Technicial shall verify the above steps as per approved procedures for submit corrected steps for review and approval.

Demonstrate proper operation of the pilot house windshield wiper system.

Install placard for the emergency light in the steering gear room.

Demonstrate proper operation of the starboard steering gear system (stbd rudder angle indicator show greater than 35deg while applying max rudder)

Clean all machinery space bilges.

Properly secure all pipe brackets in the Bow Thruster space and cargo space.

Label port aft engine room bilge suction valve.

Remove debris from bowthruster exhaust vent.

Replace or repair burnt electrical cable in the bowthruster space next to sewage tank valve under ladder.

Install placards for the emergency f/o and mud tank valve handles, porside aft cargo room.

Install open/closed indicator placard for the emergency f/o suction valves, port and starboard engine room space.

Ensure all electrical controllers are properly labeled.

Starboard engine room escape hatch gasket does not fit properly, renew gasket with proper size gasket.

Install steering instructions including the block diagram in the steering gear room.

Demonstrate proper operation of the depth sounder and speed log while underway. Depth sounder and speed log do not indicate when the vessel exceeds eight knots.
