At each initial and subsequent inspection all accessible parts of the hull shall be inspected. During inspection of the hull a crack was found near the propeller. During the underway portion of the inspection the crack allowed water to penetrate and collect in the rear STBD bilge. Operator must submit a repair proposal and conduct repairs in accordance with the approved proposal and notify MSD Fort Smith when complete to conduct underway tests on repairs.
